You never picked us up no one called me Or anything I want a refund not cool so I will be getting my money back
Hi there, We find your review interesting and confusing. Here's why.... You had called us after arriving the airport on April 30th, 2023 and requested a refund due to the fact that a driver was not dispatched to pick you up. We then submitted a refund shortly thereafter and messaged you confirming that it was done. You also sent a message to us stating that you took a taxi and wanted a refund. As a reminder, your arrival pick up could not be scheduled and a driver dispatched due to an incorrect location (tour grade) booked for your drop off location. In addition to this your departure information was not entered and had N/A for the date, time and flight information. You were informed of these issues through messages from our company and viator customer service who was waiting on you to confirm and agree to the required amendments In your message you had also mentioned that you would still need a departure pickup however a full refund was already submitted. As a result, you were given the option to rebook your return pick up directly with us due to the fact that our transfers are listed as roundtrip on Viator's platform. This was never done. Please note that we did not receive any payment for your booking therefore we are unsure as to why you have not received a refund. We will however reach out to Viator customer service as this is troubling to us. It is a very rare occurrence where we do not provide transfers booked by our guests. We do apologize for any miscommunication or misunderstanding in this regard however on your next visit, should you decide to rebook with us, we will offer an upgrade on your transportation for the inconvenience. The amount of money spent for this ride in this beat up van should have been a Benz and the vehicle we were picked up in was deplorable and the nastiest vehicle I’ve ever seen

You and your guest had booked a shared transportation and was transported in a Hiace Van along with another 2 guest that had the same experience and negative review. We were not made aware of this issue until now. As a result we have removed that driver and vehicle from our services. You had requested earlier today for a change in driver and vehicle for your departure today however you were notified that vehicles were already preassigned. I am not sure if you saw another message sent notifying you that we were able to reassign a private transfer and driver for your pick up today at 1pm. We truly apologize for the negative experience and hope that your "never again" could be 'give us another chance'. We truly thank you and wish you a safe return.
For the amount spent for the trip, it was a horrible experience. The vehicle wasn't clean nor looking like a real, nice ride.
Oh Wow!! Thank you Dr. Smith for your review. We do apologize as we are very shocked to hear that your experience was horrible and that the vehicle was not clean. Please note that this is not a common occurrence with this particular Driver and Hiace Van vehicle sent. We do see where the driver had a few guest prior to your pick up however this should not have had a major effect on the condition of the vehicle. We will definitely look further into this matter as this is not our standard. As previously communicated, we had scheduled the same driver for your return however another driver will be assigned for your departure. We have upgraded your departure transfer to a Private Sedan. Such an informative ride. What a lovely driver, she gave a mental tour of things to do. I hope she is the driver that picks us up to go back to the airport

He went out of his way to offer an umbrella when needed, he didn’t haggle with prices to go to downtown Nassau despite other drivers were. Overall he gave an excellent experience! My 4 yr old lived his spirit as well.
