Actually the tour has not happened. They have never picked me up from hotel. When tried to call, phone is disconnected. No answers on e-mails. I want refund please
Tour was uninspiring. There are better out there. Driving past sites in a coach without stopping is not best way to see the city. Stops that did happen were commercial about selling spices or carpets rather than informing and educating. The pickup and drop off was a disorganised shambles.
I thought It was a group tour so I was a little surprised when it was a private tour , especially with the great price . So I was a little worried .. I don’t know why because it was a great tour ! Loads of information but just mostly felt like a day out with a friend . Highly recommend to anyone who may be travelling solo .

Pick up was on time and our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour especially visiting and learning about the 'old Dubai' Highly recommended.

<p>The driver was very prompt, but said hardly anything for the entire tour and didn't seem to have a comprehensive knowledge of the various stops. Cancellations meant I was the only one on the day trip, which was somewhat awkward at times. We stopped primarily for photo stops in front of the advertised locations. However, we didn't visit several of the sights that were listed as included in the tour Dubai Creek Madinat Jumeirah Burj Khalifa, which was disappointing. The price didn't match the tour experience.</p>
I purchased the dubai city tour package from their website. They were very particular about timing. The driver came right on time at the hotel and we had a great time with the fellow passengers as well. Over all it was a day well spent with Tribal trails
