It is somewhat difficult to locate the driver because the area was very busy with people and vehicles.
Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the difficulty in locating the driver, as the pick-up area was particularly busy with people and vehicles. We will work to provide clearer meeting-point instructions and improve communication for future transfers. We hope to welcome you again soon.
The driver was on time, helpful and very patient. Had trouble getting to B&B to meet up with our bike tour group then found out they didn’t have room for us on the tour van so our driver took us to our new location 30 miles away.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re very happy to hear that our driver was able to help you during an unexpected situation and make your day less stressful. Providing punctual, patient, and reliable service is exactly what we aim for at Koala VIP. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you again on your next trip!
