ドバイ ビッグバス ホップオン・ホップオフ ツアーと砂漠サファリ

The big bus trips were very good, the dhow cruise was a really nice addition. The desert sunset safari was a bit of a letdown as there was no dancing/show, henna or dune bashing available at the time. Shout out to Keshara Darji for facilitating our trip and making it great!

A great way to get around the city. Buses are comfortable, drivers are friendly and helpful (especially Kareem and Dhijil). Lovely time had on Dhow Cruise and Dubai Frame. Desert Safari was a long way and sadly too late arriving to see the sunset! Only criticism is that there is often a long wait between pick ups. We have used sightseeing buses in other cities and have waited 10-15 mins for the bus where in Dubai we were often waiting around 45 minutes for the bus to arrive. I appreciate the traffic is very heavy which can delay the buses but maybe a couple more buses would help?

We recently took the Big Bus Tours hop-on hop-off in Dubai, and it was hands-down one of the highlights of our trip! From the moment we boarded, everything felt seamless and exciting. The open-top buses offer stunning 360-degree views of the city’s iconic skyline – with expert commentary that brought the history and culture to life. The audio guides were spot-on, multilingual, and packed with fun facts that kept our group engaged without feeling like a lecture. What elevated this from great to absolutely phenomenal was our driver, Zahid. Wow – he is a true credit to Big Bus Tours! We’ve done bus tours around the world and Zahid is hands-down the best driver we’ve ever had. His energy was infectious; his warm smile and genuine enthusiasm made us feel like VIPs from the get-go. He didn’t just drive – he shared insider tips on the best photo spots, pointed out hidden gems we might’ve missed. His friendliness, helpfulness, and all-around amazing customer service were the best we’ve experienced on any tour worldwide – thoughtful, proactive, and effortlessly charming. Zahid, if you’re reading this, you made our day (and our whole holiday) If you’re in Dubai, do yourself a favor and book with Big Bus Tours. It’s flexible, informative, and now forever etched in our memories thanks to stars like Zahid. Five stars – we’d hop back on in a heartbeat!

Booked 5 day hop on tour with sunset safari as well, used the different ‘ lines’ numerous on different days finding them quite efficient and on time most days except unfortunately a break down of the last bus on the last night causing us to get a cab from furthest area of the route to hotel (or wait for replacement bus)! Of note is the attitude and performance of our driver Zahid on the Sunset Safari who was courteous, kind, helpful and funny when we arrived at the location - a credit to your company!

Big Bus Tour's desert sunset experience was unforgettable! The camel ride was a highlight, and the hours ride allowed us to soak in the stunning views. Hina painting on our hands was a lovely touch. Sipping Arabic coffee ☕️and dates was a great addition. We even got to see a falcon also 🫠 And huge thanks to driver Minhaj for being super helpful. Highly recommend

The drivers were FORCING US to rate them and give them five stars that's why I'm giving this company a one star. One of the drivers requested for my phone so he could show me the website to use when rating the company then he went ahead to do the rating and review. He even included his name in the review giving himself five stars. After getting my phone from him, I immediately deleted the review he had written. Another driver after the night tour refused to open the bus door until we did the review. He dictated to me what I should write including adding his name in the review and instructed me to give a five star rating. Again I deleted this review as soon as I was able to. Big Bus company Dubai, please note that your staff is harassing your customers and demanding five star reviews. Tell your employees to stop this and most importantly that THEY SHOULD NOT TOUCH YOUR CUSTOMERS PHONES. Introduce a rule that punishes any of your staff who forces customers to give reviews or touches the customers phones.

As the CEO of Kenyan Heritage Tours, a growing tour agency in Kenya, I recently visited Dubai for the first time to explore the city before bringing my future clients. Choosing Big Bus Tours was the best decision I made it was an unforgettable experience! From the start, Minhaj (Stop 13) warmly welcomed me and went above and beyond to guide me since I wasn’t sure what to do at first. His kindness and patience made me feel at ease. At Dubai Mall, I met the lovely Esther, who not only issued my receipt but also took the time to clearly explain all the tour routes. She helped me choose the perfect one the Blue Line for my first experience. A big thank you to Zahid, who helped capture beautiful memories with amazing photos, and to Paul, who also took a great picture of me at one of the stops. Both were friendly and professional. Dhijil was another gem on the team kind, polite, and helpful in every way. The Dhow Cruise was the cherry on top! A magical evening I’ll never forget. As a tour operator, I truly appreciate the excellent customer service, well-organized routes, and overall smooth experience. I will highly recommend Big Bus Tours to all my future clients and will definitely be back with groups from Kenyan Heritage Tours. I also hope to receive special rates or discounts in the future for our partnership Thank you, Big Bus Team, for making my first Dubai visit so memorable. This is our second day on the Big Bus, and so far it has been an awesome experience. Tonight we went to the Desert Safari tour. Our bus driver Raju went above and beyond his duty to ensure we had a wonderful time, capturing the moment by taking photos for us. 5 Star service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Experienced desert tour, blue line & red line bus routes all fantastic and great drivers and staff around when required. Experience city of Dubai, the main sightseeing areas around JBR and desert trip.

Had a very good experience! A special thanks to our driver Mr Sudheer. Very well spoker and very humble. Truly an asset for the company.
