Our guide, Refiloe was excellent: knowledgeable, energetic, funny. He took very good care of us and taught us all about the street art, Jberg's history, and SA life these days. Just great.

Excellent experience
Refiloe was an incredibly knowledgeable and charismatic tour guide. He educated us on the culture of Jburg through art and history. We enjoyed our time with him and would highly recommend this tour.

Amazing Tour
I would recommend this tour to any age. There was great art and interesting history. The guide, Refiloe, was knowledgeable, informative, and very interesting. The tour is very safe, and it’s a secure way to investigate an incredibly interesting area. So much so we asked our driver to give us an extra hour and a half so we could look around more.

Street Art walk
It was great to see the street art in Maboneng and get an explanation for each mural. Our guide, Refiloe was funny and energetic. A great 2 hour introduction to another side of Johannesburg.

Don't miss Maboneng with Refiloe.

Arts district in Johannesburg
This experience exceeded my expectations. It ended up being just me and my friend, and our tour guide Refiloe was fabulous. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He allowed us enough time to take the photos we desired and answered our numerous questions. This area in the center of town used to be a hotbed of crime but has been rebuilt and renovated into a wonderful arts district. If you are looking for something unique to do in Johannesburg- this is it!

A great way to spend a couple of hours in Johannesburg.
The tour was a very interesting introduction to both the history and the art of Maboneng. Refiloe had great enthusiasm and possessed a deep understanding of the local murals. He had a great sense of humour and we really enjoyed learning about the area. We highly recommend taking this tour.
