The hospitality is amazing and I can only thank you! They kept close contact with us before the tour started, and we got what we wanted (tea factory tour, train ticket arrangements). I was asked to be alone when I booked because I was travelling alone, but when I asked the day before if friends I met along the way could join me, they were happy to welcome me. Our guide, sameera, did the best he could on the day. I'm not very good at English, but he taught me a lot of things slowly and politely. Although I had given you a rough request, I left most of the process to you, but I am happy with everything! I want to use it when I come to Sri Lanka again!

Lakmal was an absolutely fantastic guide & the safest driver we had in Sri Lanka. We told him what we wanted to do & he made it happen. There was no taking us to places we hadn’t asked to be taken & being pressured into buying things. We had the best lunch we had in Sri Lanka at a restaurant he took us to. Although train tickets on the Ambewela to Ella train were hard to come by, he got us there in time to get tickets & was waiting at the other end with our luggage. & when we had a problem with our next accommodation he made sure all was good before he left us. We can’t recommend him highly enough!

The tea field tour was a fantastic experience. It was great to try picking tea leaves and tasting all the different types of tea produced from them. During our tour to the factories, the guides provided engaging insights into the production process. The tour wasn't long, which, combined with the interesting information provided by the guides, kept us entertained. Although the hike to the waterfall in Sri Lanka's typical weather was tiring, it was truly worth it. The views were beautiful, making it worth the effort. I highly recommend it. We had a great guide and driver - Lakmal. He stayed in constant contact with us from the moment we booked the tour. Lakmal picked us up promptly from our hotel. He was very sociable and told us many things about Sri Lanka and the Nuwara Eliya region. After the tour, he took us to lunch with a stunning view from the terrace. On the way back we asked Lakmal to stop for a moment at the tea field so we could take a few more photos, which he gladly agreed to do. After being dropped off at the hotel, he kept in touch with us, making sure we caught our train and made it to the next stop on our Sri Lankan journey. That was very kind Lakmal. We absolutely loved our tea plantations and waterfall tour with Titan Tours. Communication was very good, the driver was very pleasant and told us a lot about the tea industry, life in Sri Lanka, etc. Nothing was a trouble for him and he even helped my daughter by getting her a plaster when she needed it. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya!!

Fantastic tour with Lakmal. He was accommodating and friendly at all times. We visited a couple of tea factories and he took us for lunch. We had the opportunity to pick tea leaves and to take pictures of our experience. Also waterfall view point. He gave us recommendations of a good restaurant and bar in Nuwara Eliya and we stayed there most of the evening. We would definitely recommend.

It was an amazing experiance! We visited two tea factories, where they showed and explained us every very detail of tea and the way it is produced. The driver was very profesional and told us a lot about the area, showing us the most beautiful places. We raccomand him 100%.

It was overall nice experience with our guid, highly recommend anyone looking for day tour in nuwaraeliya. We had fun experiece.

We had a great time on this tour. Titan tours arranged for our Tuk Tuk pickup from the station for a good price. We then did a half day tour of waterfalls and two tea factories by car. The car was clean and the manager of titan tours was our driver, he was especially careful and drove very safely, unlike some other drivers we had. We enjoyed the waterfall and the two tea factories, one of them we got to drink 10 types of tea. He didn’t try to sell us extra things during the tour or try to make us go to places we didn’t want to go (some other tour companies did this in other places in Sri Lanka). We did buy tea at the shops but this was optional and not pressured. I would definitely recommend Titan tours for your Nuwara Eliya tours.

The tour was customized to fit our requirements nicely. Lakmal & Rumesh was able to accomodate to all our extra requests. Do note that a little fitness is required as steps are steep at certain areas and the view is required to go through rocky terrains.
