We came this evening to watch the bands. It was AMAZING. Such a great atmosphere, amazing talent and everything was set up for them so professionally. Thank you to Eric who seemed to be the host with the most and made sure everyone had what they needed and was having a good time. We ate, we drank, we danced :) thank you Hard Rock. What a great night.

Nice restaurant, but unfortunately tarnished by a particularly unfriendly welcome. In 1976, when I was young, I had discovered this restaurant and I kept a good memory of it and I took advantage of it several more times. Years later, I therefore wished in turn to have my daughter discover it. I had simply asked, while explaining the reason, to be seated in the place where I had eaten for the first time. The person at the reception answered me dryly: "Be happy that I am giving you a table." I found this remark particularly inappropriate, especially given the sentimental reason for my request. Especially since, a rather regrettable detail, the table I had requested remained unoccupied throughout our meal. Too bad, because this kind of welcome can unfortunately make one forget the qualities of the restaurant.

On the London pass, and the Smashburger was just perfect after a hot morning at Buckingham Palace. Wonderful orientation to the facility by Chanhandra. Icy cold AC on a 35 degree day !!

Watched England-Norway WC game. Food average. Service very good. Expensive / quite small portions.

We were quickly shown to our pre booked table and served within minutes. Our waiter was a brilliant, very funny guy without being over-the-top. My wife eats a gluten-free diet, and our waiter was very helpful with choosing the right meal/desert from the gluten-free menu for my wife. Excellent service! The food was very nice, but the fries were a bit tasteless, which is unfortunate. Reasonable prices, great decoration as usual, and we will definitely be back 😀. Thank you for your service, Hard Rock Cafe, definitely 'Rocks'.

Actually never was able to enter. We came with my family as a walk in. Restaurant was not full and the hostess told us that there was no avaibility even 1 hrs from that moment. I fully understand and I do respect that. But while leaving I connect to the website and I was able to book any slot for 4 persons and I even sent a message on the platform but I never received an answer.

Charo “from Madrid to heaven” attended us. Excellent comfort and even better treatment.

My daughter loves HRC and this is our second visit (First one was just a look round) This time we sat down and ate. Our server was Davide and he was absolutely fabulous. Extremely friendly and attentive. He was busy but still had time to ask if we'd visited before and told us the history about the place. Food was fine, music was a decent level - not too loud. Sadly, the vault next door was closed and that was one main reason we took the trip down to this side of London. It is what it is though. The HRC makes a lovely treat and i'm sure we will be back. If you do visit, make sure you check out the artefacts downstairs - So much to look at. We also got a discount in the shop for eating in the restaurant which my daughter took advantage of. Thank you Davide for a fantastic service

We always go here when we’re away as we quite like the food/menu. Mediocre on our visit this time. Food wasn’t as nice as we expected. Neither were the drinks. They had a kids eat free offer running but it wasn’t advertised anywhere and they didn’t advise while we were being seated either. Disappointing on this occasion.

Absolutely fantastic. Gurdy was a superb host. Very welcoming and funny. Food and drink top notch. Will definitely be back! Try the loaded fries - divine!
