This was wonderful. First helicopter ride and great view of the Falls and surrounding area. Pilot was great.

I agree that the views were simply awesome and when we reached the airport ground staff were good however the most disappointing part of this 20 minutes was the pilot who did not introduce himself , was completely disengaged and there was no communication or information about the trip the Canadian side and the US side of the Niagara Falls. Probably the pilot was having a bad day at the office. I wonder what was the use of the headphones?

Great views over the falls.Would have liked a little commentary along the way.We had a few clouds only so views were good.

Amazing company to deal with. Cloud cover day one so very quickly rebooted with no hassle at all. Refund offered if required. Very impressive.

Excellent staff and friendly pilot. We were scheduled for 11am but got there early, they took us up shortly after we arrived. The views were amazing and skies were clear with a very smooth flight. We were both so happy we did this experience together. I HIGHLY recommend this if you have the oppprtunity to do it!

We enjoyed the flight and the view. Very smooth flight but very short (did not seem like 20 minutes). Views were amazing.

We had to be flexible as there was rain in the area, so we got delayed from 10 am to 12 pm. But that was only for our own safety. Other than that it was 20 minutes of fabulous, beautiful scenery of all 3 falls. Highly recommended.

It’s was a dream come true more then i expected love it enjoyed every minute of it comfortable sits for 2.,took pic and video I will remember always !!!! Who know I may book again maybe in Toronto!!! Thank you to the pilot for the memorable comfortable 20 minutes fly! Thank you !😊

The staff and pilot were very professional. The visibility was not optimal on the day we flew due to smoke from forest fires, but once we reached the Falls we could see them clearly. Only wished it would have been longer 😆

An absolutely great experience! The helicopter flight over Niagara Falls was breathtaking and perfectly organized. The view was unique, the team very friendly, and the pilot professional. Definitely a highlight of our trip – clear recommendation!
