Driver was fine however the castle was closed when we got there and we had no notice and had already paid for the tickets.Now trying to find someone to speak with so we can get a refund for castle tickets.

Unfortunately, in rare cases, Windsor Castle may close without prior notice due to last-minute Royal events or security measures, as happened on the day of your visit. We completely understand your disappointment, especially since the castle stated they would not issue refunds for the tickets.
