We booked this tour to include Pompeii tickets and a Pompeii guide, as well as visits to Sorrento and Positano. We were visiting Naples as part of a cruise and had a limited time frame on shore. Unfortunately the driver was late (and without any communication) which caused us undue stress in the beginning. When he did arrive he was not apologetic. He suggested we first to to Positano due to traffic concerns and finish the day at Pompeii. Traffic was indeed an issue and it took us quite a long time to get there. We had about 45 minutes there and then he said we would need to skip Sorrento in order to meet our guide in Pompeii in time. We were disappointed but did not want to miss out on Pompeii. Our visit there was wonderful and our guide Anna was fantastic. The pros of this tour were our Pompeii visit and tour guide and the cons were other than that portion, the tour is basically a driver (who does not provide any guide commentary) and expensive transportation.
