We had the best day with Chirag. He was so friendly, relaxed and easy to chat to; he gave us a really great, insightful, respectful and informative tour of Dharavi and then took us to see the sights of Mumbai. He tailored the tour according to our interests, energy levels and tolerance for the heat of the day, and answered all the many questions we had. I would definitely recommend Cityscapes and especially Chirag, for any tour in Mumbai.

Good coverage of the city if you don’t have much time and yet enough to learn about the city.
Excellent city tour with tour guide Sharon who was very knowledgeable sharing insights, history of each sites visited. Her attentiveness and photo/videography skills helped me captured many lovely moments. Driver Shobe was also very attentive and helpful throughout the journey to and fro the hotel. Highly recommend them and this toot operator.

A great tour value for Mumbai.
Our driver, Deepak, was polite and expertly navigated the Mumbai traffic. David, our guide , was knowledgeable, friendly, and considerate, not to mention a great photographer. We covered a dozen spots across the city and the pace was perfect. I can’t imagine a better way of touring Mumbai in a day, and at a very reasonable price.

What a great way to see Mumbai!
We were nicely surprised that the driver could pick us up at our hotel so we did not have to make other arrangements. Deepak was excellent, courteous and his English was understandable, his driving a marvel. We picked up our guide, Javed, whose English is superb, and he turned out to be a wealth of information, answered all our questions and both went out of their way to help us out when we needed an ATM— I feel like I now know Mumbai so much better than I did. I would rank their performance as definitely exceeding expectations.

Mumbai in the Monsoon!
Chirag our guide and Saddam our driver were great. They picked us up right on time and were friendly and welcoming. We had great conversations about life in India and Mumbai and learned a lot about the sites we visited and living in Mumbai. The time spent at each site was just right. We had a lot of fun. We even made a stop for a snack and chai. We highly recommend this tour and Chirag and Saddam!

Half day Mumbai City Tour
The City Tour was very interesting
Chirag was an excellent tour guide, making everything informative and interesting, learning how local people live
We visited the famous laundry area where people live and work
The Gateway to India, it was a shame the sea side area was cordoned off due to possible rough sea

Great half-day guided tour.
The overall experience was really great.
I highly recommend Chirag. He was friendly & very informative.
We opted for the half day private Mumbai tour which covered a lot of ground & at no stage did it feel rushed.
