The guide we had is named Toñi and it was a pleasure to listen to her; her knowledge, her clear way of conveying information, her simplicity, and her friendliness made the tour very enjoyable for us.

A scam, it is very poorly explained and they do not refund anything if you cancel your visit, so I advise against doing business with this company.

Il est indiqué « visite guidée en espagnol », mais les frais d'entrée ne sont pas inclus. Trois jours avant la visite, nous vous avons envoyé un message vous informant qu'elle était uniquement en espagnol et que les frais d'entrée n'étaient pas inclus. Nous vous avons conseillé d'annuler, mais vous n'avez pas lu nos messages. Notre politique d'annulation, comme celle de toutes les entreprises, exige un préavis de 24 heures pour les remboursements, et vous avez annulé le jour même de la visite. Il ne s'agit donc pas d'une arnaque. Renseignez-vous bien avant d'acheter. Cordialement.

The visit was spectacular and very enjoyable, the guide was at the meeting point half an hour before starting the tour, the explanation was wonderful, you can tell that the guide Toñi was a historian because she told us a lot of anecdotes apart from the history. The visit felt short to us. I recommend it 100%.

Everything great and a beautiful experience. We had to wait five more minutes because two people were missing who in the end did not arrive. But as I say, the tour was beautiful.
