So bad! NEVER RECCOMEND EVER AGAIN. I hate Belgo Tours! Tour was nowhere to be found, went to the second spot, not there either. Lolo sucked. It was literally a waste of my time. Spent over 30 mins searching for everybody. Called, no answer. Refund? I don't think so.

Comprehensive tour of Brussels. It was a great starting point for our first-time visit. Mauricio was very knowledgeable and fairly easy to understand. At times, our older ears missed some words…either because he was speaking in a different direction or traffic noise drowned him out. Bluetooth headsets would be a welcome addition to the tour.
Very detailed and knowledgeable your guide. He gave an in-depth history of the locations, including the square and culture of the city.
Lolo was very informative and friendly, her experience and background as a historian really showed, answering our many questions.
