カルチエ・ラタン：パリ左岸プライベート半日ツアー

We had a tour of the Latin Quarter with Joanne, and it was one of the best tours I’ve ever had in Paris. Jo is a wealth of information about the history and culture of France, and her memory and ability to provide facts on the spot is absolutely amazing. She completely tailored the tour to us as we were interested in the literary side of the Quarter. We stepped into the crowded Shakespeare and Company Bookstore of today and we stepped out into the era of Sylvia Beach and George Whitman, its founders! Jo even had the privilege of knowing Whitman years ago! We felt like we were walking in the steps of Ernest Hemingway. Jo was as excited to share her knowledge with us as we were to hear it! We left with a much richer understanding of the Latin Quarter than we ever imagined. Highlight of the week thanks to Jo!

Joanne is the world’s most wonderful guide! Knowledgeable, funny, flexible to your interests, and all around nice person. All of Paris is amazing but this area has an interesting history

Our family, made up of parents, a college philosophy major, and 2 children (age 11 and 12), all thoroughly enjoyed Pierre Eve's thoughtful insight on one of the most interesting parts of Paris! We saw beautiful ancient cathedrals and a Roman arena as well as numerous sites where famous artists and authors lived and spent time in Paris in the 1920's. Pierre Eve also introduced us to the best cup of coffee any of us had ever had. We went back to our apartment and watched Midnight in Paris together and relived it all. Highly recommend!
