聖ヴァルラーム修道院（せいヴァルラームしゅうどういん、）は、ギリシャのメテオラのそびえ立つ岩の上に建てられた、現存する6つの修道院のうちの1つである。 メテオラの一部である東方正教会の修道院で、谷底から373メートルの岩の絶壁の頂上にある。
ルサヌー修道院は、高さ60メートル、標高484メートルの垂直な柱の上に建てられました。 歴史と精神性、息をのむような自然美が融合した、パノラマビューの静かな隠れ家です。

This was hands down the BEST tour we got to do in Athens. Prepare yourself for a long day but trust when I say it is completely and totally worth it! The views and architecture you witness throughout the day is wonderful. Could not have completed our trip to Athens without THIS tour. Manos was the best tour guide, he knew EVERYTHING!! Literally everything!! If you book, make SURE to book with Manos!
What a day! We started out early with a pickup right at our hotel in central Athens. Manos our guide and driver has in depth information for the tour, explaining the importance of each stop in antiquity and modern Greece, which provided context to what we were seeing/experiencing. We enjoyed our conversations throughout the ride! Delphi is beautiful, the monastery’s are mind blowing (be sure to dress modestly, women should wear skirts, but they have wraps to wear in case) the lunch restaurant was traditional taverna and the food was unfussy, delicious, filling (after all the stairs to the monestery!) and good prices. This tour is a whirlwind of a day and worth every penny and mile. Ancient, mind blowing, enlightening.

It was an amazing experience!! Everything was organized so well. From the time our driver picked us up till we got back we had amazing time!! The tour was a unique experience for all family. We saw so many things and our driver was a real tour guide. We visited so many differemt places that normally one needs a couple of days to visit. We saw everything in ine day tour and we didnt feel tired at all!! Kids also loved it!! We recommned it by far!!!
