Vlad was a terrific guide, and we learned about Kotor and the Bay. The biking is pretty flat, only a little traffic. You should be comfortable riding as the road is narrow at times. I will say the heat in August got to us, and Vlad was very accommodating giving us extra rest stops and places to get more water. The bikes seem well maintained, and helmets are provided.

Amazing tour around Kotor, highly recommended
Vlad is a very knowledgeable guide, we had an amazing time in Kotor under his guidance, and learned a lot about the history of Kotor and surrounding villages. The bikes were in great condition and the trip was never too difficult for us.
