We had an absolutely wonderful day trip to Interlaken, Grindelwald, and Lauterbrunnen. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish.
Our driver was excellent, very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the trip. The panoramic bus was fantastic and made the journey even more enjoyable, offering breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps and beautiful landscapes along the way.
Interlaken, Grindelwald, and Lauterbrunnen were all spectacular, each with its own unique beauty. The organization was smooth, and the trip was truly memorable.

An amazing trip! Strongly recommend!
I was initially sceptical about booking this because of the mixed reviews I’d read, but I’m really glad I did. It was totally worth it, and we had an amazing experience.
Our driver, Aristotle, was excellent, very professional, friendly, and made the journey really enjoyable. We also had a pretty good guide who added a lot to the experience.
These trips are definitely worth considering, but be prepared for a very long day! It’s a lot to fit in, but if you’re prepared for that, you’ll have a great time.

Review of 3 town bus tour in Switzerland.
The trip covers 3 towns with free time, and also included a detour to drop off and pick up passengers at Lausanne. I think that is trying to do too much in one (13 hour bus depot to bus depot) tour.
Interlaken is not great as a beautiful place, and it should be skipped in this tour. Just include Lauterbrunen and Grindelwald and allow more free time in each. Everyone will be happier.

Tour Guide Roger could be little more professional. May need more Training.
Our tour would have been more pleasant if it was not for our tour guide Roger. Not very professional. Did gave us information about places we were passing by but more interested in telling his own personal stories. Other tourist may like his ways but I am writing an honest opinion.
He often didn't do the head count before heading to next destinations, rather told us to look around for all our fellow passengers were present. He drove off the tour bus without waiting or calling us at lauterbrunnen as we were few minutes late to the meeting point. We had to call the Swisstour office which the guy who answered was very helpful and arranged for him to come back to pick us up. In a result of it we missed our next destination visit to beautiful interlaken. Instead of apologizing, he was upset. Also he asked all tourists to write a review that this tour is a long tour. Said- I don't like this ****. 3 destinations in 14 hours it's too long although In my opinion it's a perfect tour for tourists like us who would like to enjoy more beautiful places of Switzerland in a decant time frame in a decant price. Thank you Viator and Swisstour for making this possible. Although I do think that we should be compensated for his careless behavior as we missed seeing one of the beautiful places in Switzerland: interlaken. We only had 5 minutes to spend there. We understand that things happen but leaving a tourist behind without checking on them is very unprofessional. He had our number and would have called. Anyways, we have taken many day tours like this but never experienced this kind of careless and unprofessional tour guide. We trust Viator.

Unfortunately, being only a few minutes late can have an impact on the rest of the group, and the guide cannot wait indefinitely for individual passengers.

We understand that you were disappointed to have limited time in Interlaken as a result. However, as the delay was due to passengers not being at the meeting point on time, we are unable to offer any compensation or refund.

No refund even it was not our Fault
The bus left without taking is. Though we were at the bus stand at the scheduled time. Very disappointing. And when i inquired with swiss tours they told me to complain with Viator as i had booked my ticket online. Read a few reviews about other people facing the same problem with this operator. I applied for a refund or a discount on the ne t tour but my request was turned down. So beware before booking tours with this operator. A complete disappointment.

Great tour for the money
Great tour. Long but felt like we saw a lot. Bus was perfect and guide was great. You pass a lot of beautiful countryside and bus was perfect to see it all. Guide pointed out many things along the way.

Miss the bus … but willing to catch by taxi
We were late more or less 15 minutes in the meeting point, we even call the operator that we’re on our way, one lady told me that the bus left already. I even asked if she can call the driver so that maybe we can catch them by taxi, The driver was very much willing to catch the bus for but unfortunately they refused, adviising us to call viator who is so cooperative on finding a solution. Very frustrating, the tour is approximately 10 hours but we just wasted more than 500usd because the tour operator (keytours) is not cooperative enough to help us catch the bus.

As you mentioned, you arrived approximately 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time. To ensure a smooth experience for all passengers and to respect the itinerary, our tours depart on time. Unfortunately, once the bus has left, it continues travelling from one destination to another according to a fixed schedule.
While we understand your request to catch up with the group by taxi, this was unfortunately not a feasible solution. By the time a taxi could have reached the bus, the group would likely have already moved on to the next stop, making it impossible to guarantee that you could join the tour during the day.
We understand how disappointing this situation was, especially after planning your trip, but punctual departures are essential to avoid impacting the experience of all other guests.
