Make sure you have enough time to take a boat cruise. I also made the mistake of buying a (second) ticket to view platform, as the machine was located on the way to the boat cruise and I thought I had to do this for the boat ride. Could not get a refund. Cost 5 CHF adult, good for only 24 hours. Gave the ticket away.

Great Small group tour
The group was small and the driver was on time and easy to find at the bus station. The experience was amazing - The Falls and hiking area are beautiful. Enough time to explore.

The tour was average
The tour was average. The guide did not provide any information about the location we visited, only served as a transfer for free time.
Would only recommend if you wish to use it for travel purposes

Don’t expect a tour. It is just a transportation service to the Fall.
It is just a transportation service. There is no “welcome to Zurich” or “ Thank you for taking the tour”. You get on the van, the driver drives you there. Show you the big sigh at the entrance where to go. Then see you in two hours. Back on the van, and drive back to the bus station. Not a word about Zurich or interesting info about he the Fall.

Rhine Falls: a spectacle, perfect organization!
We spent a beautiful day at the Rhine Falls during our stay in Zurich. Everything was perfect, starting with the precision and punctuality of the trains, always on time.
We were also very impressed by the cleanliness: stations, public spaces, and even the restrooms were always very clean and well-maintained.
The organization for visiting the Rhine Falls is also truly excellent: everything is well-marked, orderly, and well-kept, allowing you to enjoy this natural spectacle in total tranquility.
The falls are truly wonderful and absolutely deserve a visit. A beautiful day and impeccable organization. Compliments!

Best driver / host
The best part was Gabrielle. He was so kind, compassionate, very informative; gave guidelines, information and instructions well. He got us there in good time and was very pleasant from beginning to the end. Would definitely recommend your company. You have a great asset to your organisation.

Amazing experience
We were greeted by a very friendly and knowledgable guide from Keytours. The journey was short and there is no need to take a boat to actually see the falls. You will go down a lot of steps and get great pictures. However there’s optional boat rides. We took a 30 mins boat which was fabulous and took us into the German border but it lasted a little longer than we expected and so we didn’t then get to visit museum and shop before getting back on coach so plan wisely. The 15 min trip might be better.

Must see!
This scenic views to and from the falls are beautiful, and the Falls themselves are breathtaking! You have two hours of free time to enjoy the falls, and the round trip transportation allows you to come back with plenty of daylight left to enjoy!

Easy afternoon excursion from Zürich
This was a very easy excursion. We had an afternoon free in Zürich and we were staying at the Marriot The bus station was easy to find and was a short walk. The driver was friendly. At the Rhein Falls, he gave us the lay of the land and the meet-up time. When we got there, I thought two hours was a bit much but at the end I wish we had another hour to poke around.
