Trip itself Is great. But pickup and drop off was not followed. When I signed on to this trip, The brochure stated pick up and drop off is at same location which is our hotel, Mövenpick located near airport. We were picked up from hotel but at the end of our trip,we got dropped off at bus station. This was unfortunate cause a member of our grp has difficulty walking which was the reason why I had signed with this grp tour.

This is just a bus ride to interlaaken. There is no guided tour. Having said that, our driver was very nice. He gave us some recommendations on what to do and see in interlaaken.
Hello! The tours have different options, in case you take the village the driver-guide will drive you to the destination and provide you with some facts, but it's mentioned that in the village it's free time as the guide is taking other clients to the activities. Hope you enjoy Geneva!
This was offered to us so my husband can go with us to Interlaken minus the paragliding experience. Everything was on point. Along the way, from Zurich to Lauterbrunnen, we passed the most beautiful sceneries of Switzerland. I wished the driver could have at least given us a heads up so we could get our cameras ready. Also, I wished this included the train tickets to Interlaken. We had to purchase our own train tickets to Interlaken even though the it says “Self guided tour TO INTERLAKEN FROM ZURICH.” The bus lets you get off in Lauterbrunnen, then you pay for the ticket to go to Interlaken. He will then pick you up in Interlaken later on after 5pm.
