Incredible connecting the balsamic we use every day to a family production and tradition. We saw vinegar that is 100 yrs old. We were even inspired to use it medically after the visit like we were taught! Must see

We came across this historic vinegar factory almost by chance. An experience that surprised us positively. We had no idea about everything behind the production of balsamic vinegar. Ortensia, our guide, was superb. He conveyed to us the passion with which he does his job. If you pass through Castelvetro, I advise you not to miss this pearl of the area.
