Both drivers went beyond expectations to assure that we were properly dealt with on arrival at hotel and more particularly at the airport Anna Katerina was wonderful in making sure that our check-in went smoothly.

To begin you overcharged me $176 for 4 people. 2nd issue, no one showed up at the airport to pick us up. We had to take a taxi to get to our hotel with the help of the airport security. When i called the company you listed, they couldn't find it but later called back saying they found it and they said they will refund my taxi money. Can you imagine our seniors situation in a new place not knowing who to trust?

The airport to hotel and return transfers were great. Airport pickup was easily identifiable with the greeting sign. The return trip driver was at the hotel a bit early which was fine. Other drivers were very courteous, spoke English very well and the cars were immaculate.

The airport pick up and drop off went smoothly. They were professional, nice and on time. Will definitely recommend.
The Enterprise MMC tourism was wonderful , we arrived at foz airport the driver was already waiting for us with a super attentive name plaque made the cordialities and explained to us how foz was Iguaçu , and on the return to the airport left nothing to wish are congratulations OBS: All the drivers treated us very well from Enterprise MMC, we performed all the trips with them was sensational.

The driver no showed for both arrival and departure transfers. I even confirmed the departure transfer and they still no showed! Don’t use this company, just get a taxi at the airport.

I contacted Viator prior to arriving at my final destination because of a missed flight connection. It was absolutely no problem; I simply provided my updated arrival information and our driver was waiting with my name and a smile.
No one turned up at the airport to collect us. Thankfully there are plenty of taxis as a much less cost than this service charges! Our return to the airport was as planned - but there was no explanation as to why only half the service had been received. There is no difficulty with taxis in this area - and they would prove cheaper than this company.
<p>The agent was on-time, waiting for me in the arrivals section with a name board. She was friendly and informative, definitely recommended.</p>
<p>The ride service was not there to pick us up at the airport. We had to call them to get us.</p>
