Building had interesting layout & staff were pleasant. Outstanding collection but highlight for my wife was stunning Manet “Water Lillies” show.

Confusing emails from TripAdvisor
TripAdvisor sends many unnecessary emails that are confusing. Sender e.g. mail 2 times with something that can be perceived as the ticket that should be used without being it. Prefer GetYourTour.

Booking with Audio we did...
Booking with Audio we did not know we had to use our phones vs a voucher for a museum supplied unit. Otherwise process went well and buying an anytime access was so convenient.

Bought tickets for a day the museum was closed not warned
Booked through the museum website. We bought tickets for a day that it turned out that the museum was closed There was no indication of this on the website. We are pursuing a refund .

Book direct!
The art galleries were great but there was absolutely no benefit in buying the combined tickets for Musée De L'Orangerie and Musée D'Orsay. It cost me more and I still had to queue up for a long time with people who didn't have tickets. Additionally, the audio guide link included was minimal and it was not easy to find the few corresponding pieces of art in the museums. Would have been better to book directly and used the museums audio guide.

Amazing experience
A fantastic and completely hassle-free experience! We booked our Orangerie Museum tickets through TripAdvisor the very last minute and were pleasantly surprised to receive them within just 5–10 minutes. The team was incredibly helpful and even assisted us with the required time reservation, which gave us priority access and made entering the museum quick and seamless. The ticket also included an audio guide, which made the visit enjoyable and helped us appreciate the beautiful artworks and history behind them. The museum itself is a true gem and an absolute must-visit in Paris. Everything—from booking to entry to exploring the galleries—was smooth and well organized. Highly recommend Viator for a stress-free booking experience and the Orangerie Museum for an unforgettable cultural visit!

Great Experience at the Orangerie Museum
Had a great experience visiting the Orangerie Museum. I booked our tickets through Tripadvisor at the last minute and received them within about 10 minutes. The team was very helpful and assisted with the required time-slot reservation, which made entry quick and hassle-free. The museum was beautiful, and everything was well organized from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend both the museum and Viator for anyone planning a trip to Paris.

Do Not But Advance Tickets for This Museum
It did not help us to have purchased advanced tickets with out a time slot. We were stuck in the line for people without advance tickets. The wait was over 2 hours. We never got into the museum. Do not recommend purchasing in advance as there was not a benefit.

Total scam
Totally misleading. Paid $57 to stand in line with everyone else. This company sends a voucher and calls it a ticket. You stand in line for two hours with your voucher to redeem your ticket which you could have gotten directly from the museum

The ticketing process is difficult. I enjoyed the museum but the Viator process is poor at best. Do better
