This was absolutely the best thing to do if you like/ love/ have to cook! Antonio is hilarious and very engaged! I learned some tricks and am looking forward to reseasoning my paella pans and making gazpacho from our cucumbers. I might make everything just bc it was so good and SO professionally instructed. Our group of 11 was fun!
The chef and food were great. However, my group of 3 did absolutely bare minimum of cooking. The chef overlooked us for nearly the first 1hr; he frequently gave the other groups cooking tasks while we just watched on with literally nothing to do. Also, the unlimited wine only starts an hour in (I get it some safety concerns) however that should be better indicated.
The class was a lot of fun. We enjoyed cooking with the host in addition to the other attendees of the class. My only issue would be with the wine. Its advertised as "bottomless" wine, but, I think we were only really offered wine once which was then put away. We had to keep asking if we wanted refills.

Everything about this class was fun, educational and delicious. Antonio, who was our chef and host for the night, was absolutely marvelous. He explained everything we were doing and couldn’t do enough for us. When we were finished, our meal was absolutely superb. Highly recommend this.

Antonio was a great chef and made our time so fun! We enjoyed learning all about the cuisine in Barcelona and then actively participating in making dinner and dessert. It was a great group of people who were all friendly. We really enjoyed this experience!!

This was a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Barcelona, whether you like to cook or not. We had a wonderful evening learning how to make authentic dishes, enjoyed getting to know our small group (truly special) and our instructor Juan was both informative and fun to work with. He was Juan-derful :) Best was getting to sit down together and share in the meal that we had all helped to prepare.
The address is 58, not 58 58. We got lost the 1st attempt, but made it back our second time around. The chef was very helpful and knowledgeable.

This was hands-down the Juan and only cooking class to take in Barcelona! Chef Juan was funny, welcoming, and an incredible teacher. We loved making gazpacho, pan con tomate, Spanish omelet, seafood paella, and the most delicious crema Catalana. No Juan-der this class is so highly rated. We’d recommend it to everyone visiting Barcelona!

We were 6 people and we cooked paella, Spanish crème brûlée, Spanish tortilla, Gazpacho and Pan con tomate. We hadn’t met with the people before however it still felt like having a dinner with family. Juan was very funny and friendly from the beginning and the other 2 couples were nice also. We were very lucky. If I would describe the night in one word, it would be JUANderful.😌
