We arrived at 45 minutes before the trip to check in and were told by a rude operator that check in was 3 minutes before. Then we queued again to check in to find the boat was broken and the trip was cancelled. This was really annoying as we had wasted 30 minutes waiting (not to mention a taxi to and from the port). So we wasted a morning of our holiday. And the company were rude and not apologetic.
The overall experience was fantastic! The only problem was information about the experience. We didn't have specific information on where to go besides to the marina. Besides that, we saw the Benagil Caves and dolphins! Great trip. Our guides, Luana, Bruno, and the captain were great. Definitely recommend it.
trip to Prague with e dreams it starts at the airport book a transfer 1 hour late the delay came 1 hour too early at once 3 hours to wait for our return flight, the 4 star hotel was worth only 2 stars had to pay an extra superior room to access the pool , bowling broke down tennis or rather a vacant lot , many faults answer of e dream when to refund had to see with the hotel while the hotel tells us that we are not the first not to be warned by e dreams of the extra costs I advise e dreams washes your hands of your problems just pockets the money and disappears...
A brilliant experience, we got to see a pod of dolphins! The caves amazing and staff really friendly. The staff knew all the history. They take you right up to the caves and allowed you plenty of time to look for the dolphins .

Superb experience , one of the best boat trips we ve ever been on. Great comfortable boat. Truly great crew - Jeusus driving/ guiding the boat, Bruno informing us & entertaining us with his good humour & music. answering any questions . Saw beautiful dolphins close up & the caves are incredible a must . Highly recommend . Thank you guys

A very entertaining boat trip, the captain was very informative and we also got to see dolphins, up close. We would 100% recommend this trip. The afternoon was made even more entertaining, thanks to a group of young French men who ended up with a sing song coming back into port. Thank you lads.

We did this boat trip today and it was amazing, got to see some beautiful dolphins close up in the sea and our kids were amazed. We could not of asked for a nicer tour operator Bruno he was amazing at his job got our kids involved and he was on hand to answer any of our questions or queries we had. The captain was also great getting us to a great spot to see the dolphins and even let the kids sit on his chair at the end for a pic. Highly recommend this boat trip to anyone l. Thanks to all 3 of you today on that boat for making our kids and us have an amazing time xxx

A wonderful trip with many beautiful caves and a beautiful coastline. After the caves, the crew of Vires, headed by Captain Pedro, made sure we saw many dolphins. If you're in the area don't cheat yourself for this experience

How to say it tells us to be there 40 minutes before I’m not what it’s for we can’t check in before talking about the dolphins we stealthily saw them the cave and beautiful but unfortunately we can’t so swim as it is written on the site a swim of 5 minutes and still I’m wide but in another place on the site we are asked to make a choice for the language it speaks very little French we understood nothing and to close everything they pass a box to put money in but here joke we already paid 175€ shame to you

Simply a great experience. Along the cliffs and coast. Partly into the grottos. Unfortunately we didn't see any dolphins, that's how it is in nature. But we got an impression from a speedboat.
