Like a similar review, we did not actually end up taking this tour because no employees of Green Coconut could be found (finding the place to meet itself was confusing), so we ended up going with a different company who tried to contact them but with no answer ... I think? It was rather confusing. The place and experience itself was a 10/10 however maybe go with a different company or just show up on the day without a booking :)

Thank you for leaving us a review; however, we never received a booking from you, nor did anyone contact us. Our location is very easy to find on Google Maps—situated right on a main road—and our phone number and WhatsApp details are readily available. We hope that if you did not use our services or make a booking with us, you would refrain from leaving reviews like this. Thank you.

At first we were a little frustrated because it was difficult to find the location. Once we found the correct tour location, they were amazing!!! The owner asked if we would speak with him to find out what happened, so he could improve his business. Everyone was very kind and went out of their way to ensure our trip was memorable. They even honored the tickets I bought for 11:15 am!! I can't say enough about their customer service. I highly recommend this place, just remember to read through your email on how to get to the correct business.

This is just a great trip to take.
Fairly short duration, no fuss and hassle.
Super fun time had by all and ridiculously cheap.
Don't overthink it, just book it.

It was a nice ride down the river and back. I wouldn’t recommend this tour. It was only an hour and it was fun.
