Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few important points for transparency. Your booking was made for 2 adults and 1 child under a shared vehicle package. A private car was not booked, and private vehicles are only provided when specifically selected and paid for accordingly. Based on the booking details and price paid, a shared vehicle was correctly arranged. At the time of pickup, additional guests were already scheduled as part of the shared tour, which was informed to you. Regarding the delay, we apologize for the inconvenience caused due to traffic and multiple pickups, which can occasionally happen in shared tours. Desert dune bashing intensity depends on weather, dune conditions, and safety regulations. Our drivers are licensed professionals, and safety of all guests is always our top priority. As the services were provided as per the booking confirmation, a partial refund could not be approved. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing our services. Your feedback has been noted and will help us improve further.
