The guide never showed up. We toured on our own but would have preferred a guide. There is a self-guided app you can download, but not the same. Definitely suggest a visit despite no guide.

Never found a guide to provide tickets. Also paid $155 USD and regular admission was 18€ for the three of us and there was no line or demand.

Terrible. They charged me and today admission was free. I did not find the guide. We entered for free on our own.

Our tour guide didn’t show up. We later did get a text that the tour was canceled due to rain & that we could reschedule. We only had a few days in Rome, so rescheduling was not possible. They have no intention of refunding us our money. It didn’t rain while we were there, although the sky was cloudy. We ended up buying our own entrance tickets because we wanted to see the baths & we were already there. The baths were open & there were other non english groups conducting tours. The baths are a must see if you’re interested in Ancient Rome. You take a risk booking with this company. If they can’t handle any threat of rain, they shouldn’t book tours during the rainy season of November. Apparently they haven’t heard of umbrellas, or they didn’t feel like going to work that day.

It was a very interesting guide tour, the guide was nice and she loves her job! I recommend this tour!
