Terrible, driver did not respond to notification of flight delay. Viator rep. tried to contact 2 times. I have the email to prove this. Driver finally responded that he had waited for 1.5 hours for a flight that was never coming. Tried to charge me cash to actually do the later pick up. Viator finally gave a refund after I had to plead my case repeatedly. VERY bad communications between Viator & the Driver company. We ended up in Berlin with a very nice Taxi driver at Midnight in the rain.
Very prompt pick up (in fact 5 - 10 minutes early, which wasn't a problem) Courteous driver. Arrived at the Airport in good time. This does not attract a 5 star rating however, as I felt anxious as the driver was continually checking his phone, responding to messages from "Martyna" whilst driving along the autobahn with official speed limits of 120kmh. Use of mobile phones whilst driving might be treated differently to that in the UK but it doesn't make for a particularly comfortable and at ease driving experience. It's a shame as everything else was great as referenced above but I can't score higher than 3 stars for this underlying reason.
Great service. I had to change the pick up time due to slate arrival and there was no trouble. Great service.
