It was actually a 5- hour coach ride from Jilin then another 5-hour to Harbin, stayed overnight in China Snow Town. This place is in the mountain area, roads are narrow, not an easy drive. China Snow Town is a small area, but the main street is crowded with fireworks and performance at night. The hustle and bustle of this place makes it very "commercialised" as compared to Shiragawa-go in Japan where is quiet and traditional. The accommodation is very expensive during winter time, but the night view is picturesque and must stay overnight!
Thank you very much for your time and reviews, China snow town is best place to enjoy snow, you are right right it is long way to ride with car from Harbin to China snow town one way need around 6 hours, duration will have rest, you also can enjoy some activities, my favorite part is ice and snow ten mile gallery, and snow town is earlies morning watch sunrise, and day time visit snow town walkways and snow villages, if you everyone like to visit snow town you can book this private tour online, we you make you enjoy your China snow town more interesting. thank you Samantha
