We have booked a shared transfer via Tripadvisor. The driver were on time and Mr. Zou was friendly. It is supposedly to be a shared transfer but we ended having the car all to ourselves. Mr Zou offered to buy ticket for us which were are delighted which means we don't need to line up in the freezing weather for the tickets. The driver was vrey careful and have plenty of experience in terms of the landmarks. Mr Zou took us all the way to the entrance for each attraction which was out of his job scope. We have some free time between attraction, we have requested him to take us to lunch which he gone out of the way to show the best food in town. We are very grateful to have met Mr. Zou for his service that goes beyond expectation.

<p>I was the only one booked on this transfer so I was taken by car to all 3 wonderful attractions. My driver Mr.dong was a very careful driver and very helpful as he assisted me with purchasing the tickets at all 3 attractions and even taking the time to take my photo. For any questions I had, he would call the tour operator Samantha and she was also very helpful. I had a wonderful day out and all 3 attractions are a must see. Would definitely recommend this shuttle service.</p>
