Pricey but spectacular to have the private tour and tastings at three different wineries around Nimea. Betty was great and intentionally took us to a small, family run winery, a medium sized one and then larger, commercialized one. The large winery wasn’t for us but we loved the small and medium sized ones. We knew nothing about Greek wine going in but learned enough to select and order to our taste for the rest of our vacation. Thank you for the great experience!

This was a fantastic experience exploring three beautiful wineries across the Nemea region. Each stop offered spectacular wines, and the tasting hosts were warm, welcoming and truly passionate about what they do. Our guide Betty made the day even better — she was friendly, knowledgeable and clearly loved sharing the history and flavors of Nemea’s wines. The traditional lunch served at the end was delicious and the perfect finish to a wonderful tour.

This was an exceptional wine tasting. The level knowledge shared was extensive, the wines uniformly fine, and the people were fun to be with and cared about explaining all details of wine production. As good a tasting experience as we've had anywhere.

We spent a great half day near Nemea. Betti picked us up from the hotel and brought us back again. She did the tour extremely well and designed it according to our wishes. Even the food afterwards was excellent. Definitely recommendable.

Betty was a wonderful tour guide! She gave us the history of Greek wine and was extremely knowledgeable about all of the grape varieties and wine processes. We visited three different wineries and had tours of each one’s facilities. Each of the tours was very thorough and informative. We were happily surprised that we enjoyed all of the wines. The only drawback is that we don’t have more room in our suitcases to bring more bottles home! Besides being so knowledgeable, Betty was a delight to be with and made the experience especially fun.

We had a wonderful day exploring three different styles of wineries with our guide/oenologist Betty. The drive from Athens to Nemea went quickly as Betty generously shared her knowledge of the Greek wine industry and Nemea region. Her relationships with various vintners made introductions feel personal. Never rushed or pressured, it was the perfect way to savour and enjoy the wine, food, and especially the conversations with vintners. Betty went “above and beyond” in an effort to return an item to us that was left behind after our tour. Whether an oenophile or not, take this tour without hesitation. LOVED this tour! We have done many wine tours over the years, but never had such a fun, friendly, and knowledgeable guide! Betty, a winemaker with experience running and working in wineries around the world, took us to large, medium, and small wineries, each with unique products and local significance. She spent the day offering insight and answering our questions on the wineries, the wines, the region, and Greek culture in general, keeping us informed and entertained from start to finish! Could not have asked for a better tour!
