This company was 30/45 mins late & there was no phone # to contact once we landed. There was no sign with our name on it (as stated there would be). The drive was fine & comfortable but would book through hotel next time.
Hi Eliana, our phone number is on the Ticket from Viator for everyone to Have, whenever anyone book Viator send our local number. If you book thru the Hotel, it would be twice the price you pay with us Hence the reason most person book Private with us. we dispatch your driver and didn't know you have a problem; we will take it up with your driver to Negril, thanks for your feedback. we transfer hundreds of passengers every month and all went fine those persons didn't write a review to share their experience, we wish everyone do write their review to prove we do deliver. I liked Ricks, but it was not worth thea.most 4 hour round trip from Montego Bay, at least to ever do it again.
My driver Carl was waiting for us with my name on a sign. He was very courteous and friendly and welcomed us to Jamaica with a warm smile. We were starving and he took us took a local spot to get some food before the drive to Negril. We had a good time with him. En route to our resort he was telling us about landmarks and other educational facts about Montego Bay and Negril. I will be using his services again when I return. Thank you Carl.
We appreciate your 5 star review of your experience with driver Carlton. Negril is over an hour away from the airport and our drivers always engage our passenger pointing out point of interest along the way.
