優先入場チケットとオーディオガイドをご利用いただくと、チケットをお持ちのお客様専用の入口から庭園へお入りいただけます。複数の展示室に展示されている貴重な日本版画コレクションのほか、日本庭園や花庭園もご覧いただけます。1966年に息子がフランス美術アカデミーに遺贈したジヴェルニーのクロード・モネ邸は、大規模な修復工事を経て、1980年に「クロード・モネ財団」として開館しました。邸宅からすぐ近くにある広大なアトリエ「ニムフェ」も修復され、現在は財団のショップとして利用されています。

No one met us at the meeting place. The email with confirmation of purchased tickets was not worth anything / the tickets were to be received by person at the meeting place - which was not there. We called given number, but only came to answer. Poor arrangement.
Kjære, Jeg beklager på det sterkeste denne skuffende opplevelsen. Likevel vil jeg gjerne avklare noen punkter. For det første er opplevelsen du bestilte en audioguidet omvisning som lar deg besøke Monets hus og hager på egen hånd og i ditt eget tempo. Det var derfor ingen som ventet på deg på stedet, slik det tydelig fremgår helt fra begynnelsen av annonsen. Videre er e-posten med bekreftelse på billettkjøpet som De mottok, ikke mitt ansvar, men Viator/TripAdvisors. Til slutt, angående Deres telefonsamtale: Etter å ha sjekket, har jeg ikke mottatt noen melding på telefonsvareren min eller på WhatsApp, ellers ville jeg med glede ha hjulpet Dem.

The itinerary is well-designed, allowing you to admire the highlights at your own pace while benefiting from relevant historical insights. The value for money is excellent. An immersive, moving, and informative experience that I highly recommend.
This is barely adequate. The pdf & audio download were not sent till 24 hours before - so no chance to download at home before travelling - a problem if you’re travelling with limited WiFi access. The commentary is ok but heavily US accentin the narrative with no attempt to pronounce French words properly. The audio download is clunky, comes as separate files and wouldn’t connect to my iPhone audio system to be heard through my earphones so I had to listen to it in advance of my. Visit.

Regarding the American accent and French pronunciation, this is the first time I've received negative feedback on this, but I've taken note of it. Audio download: To facilitate downloading and playback, the audio tour is available both in its entirety (a single file) and in chapters (one audio file for each location visited).
