This tour operator was not able to reach us and charged my credit card anyway. We had requested a pickup time of 9:00 am, approximately a month prior and two days prior he changed the pickup time 8:00 am. We arrived early so expecting our tour to start at 9:00 am. I requested a refund since the tour company changed our requested time. The company refused to refund our money for a tour that we never took.

Two months before the tour, we told you that the final confirmation with all details would follow closer to the tour date. Two days before the tour, you received our final confirmation with the exact 8:00 AM pickup time and location. On the morning of the tour, we were there waiting for you and repeatedly called and messaged you, but you did not answer or reply. You did not join the tour, while the other participants did. The tour operated as scheduled, and the claim that we changed the confirmed pickup time or could not reach you is simply not correct.

Great Way to See the Beautiful Coast
Communication prior to the tour was excellent and accurate. The coach was comfortable, and the guide was engaging and very knowledgeable. The views were beautiful as were the towns we visited. We had a nice mix of walking tours and free time. Great tour!

Pretty Piran
Loved visiting Piran. Was a fun day and Vesna gave a ton of good info. She even took us to old town afterwards on her own and shared more history

Loved Piran!
A wonderful tour to Piran! A pristine city with cobblestone streets and alleys, interesting plazas, buildings and churches and a great wine tasting experience. A relaxed, informative time exploring this hidden gem of Slovenia.

We were picked up at the...
We were picked up at the dock, which was great. There were only two couples because the third couple was a no show. The ride to Piran and back was very pleasant with a very friendly and talkative guide. She gave us a nice introduction to Piran and toured us around the town, which was very cute and historical. She dropped us off at a local restaurant and we had "lunch" accompanied by three different local wines. It was really a snack, but enjoyable. We then had free time for about an hour and half. Overall a very nice day.

Slovenian Coast Treasures
Dejan provided a most informative and friendly tour of his home country from Trieste to Piran with stops in Koper. Very knowlegeable of history, culture, industry and current events without bogging down in personal opinion.
I very much look forward to securing his services for future tours!
