The trip was excellent from beginning to end. Our pick up driver spoke really good English and was informative of the local area The snorkeling was so much fun and Turtle Island was so much more that we expected it to be We would highly recommend this trip.

Good activity
We did the JetSki, parasailing and banana boat. All were fun, but the JetSki was the best. The driver was happy to stop to get us food on the way home. Good activity.

Avoid glass bottom boat and turtle island trip - tourist scam
Brought here for a glass bottom boat ride and a visit to ‘Turtle Island’ to see sea turtles. Price on their placard is 600,000rp per person for each of these, but our guide had negotiated down to 200,000 each. Still would not recommend at this price. TOURIST SCAM. The ‘Turtle Island’ was a boat trip around the corner to the Deluang Sari Turtle Conservation Centre but it’s difficult to believe that this is true conservation. Very distressing conditions for the animals. See my review on that listing. For the glass bottom boat ride we were given 5 slices of bread and taken a few mins away from the dock to feed the fish. This was in amongst all of the water sports in heavily polluted waters, where we saw just a single group of stripped fish between the floating debris. The glass bottom boat was nothing like what was pictured, just had a tiny section of floor cut out and replaced with Perspex, but you could only see the ocean floor beneath it as you were hitting it. Definitely wasn’t a 30min tour as was sold to us.
Staff continued to try to sell us more, banana boat ride, jet ski etc but we had small kids in our group and had already explained that we wouldn’t leave them out.
Equipment appears poorly maintained as are the facilities. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Thank you for your time to post a comment on Trip Advisor and regarding your disappointing we thing you put the wrong comment on us. You said you only do the glass bottom boat and turtle island only but on our product we selling many packages which is in one packages there is 3 activities. That's why the water sport staff offer you other activities, you booked with other company but you put the wrong comment on us. You should be more wise to put a comment on the company that you booked.
