We arrived at the specified time, half an hour earlier to get our entry tickets but the operator never arrived until five minutes before our entry time. The actual museum and statue of David were awesome. Not over crowded and easy to manoeuvre around.

Seeing the David is an amazing experience. Highly recommend this opportunity. Totally worth the time and the ship the line was awesome.

Quality of the audio on the app is excellent! Very easy to understand and use, plus you don't get bored because you choose what to listen and what not.

Skipped the long line at the entrance, and went straight to see the David! I'm an art lover, and having the time to visit at my own pace was fundamental. I loved the fact that you can both take your time and have a guide by your side. Recommended!

Great tour, the staff at the check-in was friendly and very helpful. The museum is amazing, and having a virtual guide helps a lot in understanding the story of each work of art.

The skip the line feature was the only good thing about this tour. We did everything instructed with the tour operator. We downloaded the app prior, got our QR code when we arrived, and tried to use the app. Because there is no WiFi in the museum, the app would not work. The tour operator did not offer any accommodation or partial refund. I would not use this tour company again.

I had such an incredible experience at the Accademia thanks to our guide, Galya. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the museum’s art and about Florence too. She was a pleasure to be around and made the experience fun and interesting. This was a great tour. It was quick but didn’t feel rushed, and we had time to explore the museum afterwards too.

We bought a self guided tour with an app for four of us. The app had only 1 possibility for loging in, so we couldn't all use it.

We are those people who loathe tour members who are late and make everyone else suffer because of their tardiness... However, we were one of those tardy tourists for our Accademia tour last week - because of our train from Rome to Florence experienced a 30-minute delay adding to a 10-minute wait in the taxi line at the station. I apologize to those in our tour who had to wait 10 minutes to enter the gallery. That being said, when we realized we were going to be late for the meeting time and subsequently the entrance time, we immediately contacted CAF Tours to advise them of our predicament. Although they reminded us that our tickets are non-refundable if we are not on time and if the tour entered the gallery before we arrived, they did not let us lose hope and advised us to search for one of their team members in front of the gallery for a last-ditch effort to help us gain admittance. I suspect the office relayed our situation to the team member and tour guide on-site and they decided to be patient and wait for us for as long as they could. We ended up being 10-minutes late of our start time and we started the tour with skip-the-line privileges as if nothing had happened. Thank you to our guide and CAF tours for your patience. The tour of the gallery was well lead by our guide. She helped us view the works of art from different perspectives while providing the history of how they came into existence. The gallery is small so the group of about 20 scattered at times but eventually, we re-grouped with the help of the earpiece which gave continuous narration during the tour. We didn't have time to visit the Uffizi Gallery with CAF Tours but will definitely use them again when we return for another visit to Florence.

The ease of using CAF TOURs / Viator for skip the line is well worth it. The lines in the heat of the summer are long and this way you can get in easily. The person with the tickets is near the entrance to the museum and has a identifying shift (there are several tour companies). They had our ticket - I showed him the receipt on my phone, we received our tickets and stood in the queue for those with tickets and didn't wait but maybe 10 minutes. Well worth it - CAF makes it easy - thank you!
