The car never turned up, when I called the operator he cancelled the booking and refunded the amount leaving me in complete distress. This deserves blacklisting and compensation to be paid to me.
Dear Traveler, Due to the traffic problem the driver could not get you, we kindly asked you to wait or help to take a taxi to town. It is normal in life we can have traffic problem anytime. Super easy and on time pickup roundtrip. I was staying in the city center where cars couldn’t travel and on the return trip the driver came to my hotel on foot to take my bag and walk me back to where he was parked. Very nice service.

This is a shared service. Pick up wasn’t bad but they were a total no show for our pick up back to the airport. Totally unreliable
Dear Traveler, 1. Pick up 2 groups same flights so our driver mistake of taking them both in a vehicle. We have offered full refund. 2. Drop off of this group driver was late 15 minutes and still fetch them to the airport. We also refunded in full the service. TOTALLY 0 penny is charged due to overwork on New Year time. Thank you
Total no show. I tried repeatedly to message them to confirm - 4 hours early, 3 hours, 30 min etc. no communication and never appeared. Do NOT trust this service!!!

The car was great and the driver too, but there was a delay of 10 ministers without any qq warning

Driver was waiting for us with a sign very clearly showing my name in the arrivals hall at the LP Airport. He took both our bags and opened the doors for us, and took us on a 15 minute ride in a brand new Toyota Camry (EV) which was simply smooth as silk.
I used this service twice, from the airport and from the hotel back to the airport. At the airport we were met by a man with a sign, taken to a spacious, clean and new air conditioned car and driven to the hotel. From the hotel we were picked up on time by the same man and taken to the airport. Seamless, no issues and good value service.
