Really easy to book with Viator. I looked at different companies to get the best deal as family of 3, but they were the best price and easy if you're a member. Burj Khalifa is breath taking, the setup is great,. I saw reviews that people waited over 45 mins, we booked at 6pm and we were up on floor 124 in less than 30 mins, as there's a good walk and security to pass. Busy, but enough space fir all. Definitely to see if you are visiting Dubai.
Had a great experience going up to floor 125. You can pay again to go up another 15 floors but didnt see the point . To be honest i dont know if this was me a bit lost , used the escelator in the mall to the lower level which is were the way is . I didnt see signs showing way in at bottom of escelator . So i went outside by the fountain. Walked around the lake looking for entrance ,i ended up walking right round the whole building to security lodge on yhe other side ,probably about 1/2 mile walk. Were the security gaurd informed me i needed to go back to the Mall for entrance 🥹. It was 50 degrees outside & it neatry killed me off 🥵. Thought i was going to collapse . I made it to kfc to buy a bottle of water & cool off . Soon as i come out the back of KFC i could see the entrance in the Mall . I was so annoyed with myself . Great experience once inside & amazing views . My only gripe is there is not 1 place to sit up there & just relax to admire the views . So i sat on the floor to drink some water . Would definately go again especially as i now know were the entrance is . 🫣
An amazing view. The lift is super quick and smooth. We didn’t realise coffee was included which was a pleasant surprise.
The Burj Khalifa is undoubtedly an engineering marvel, but the overall visitor experience didn’t live up to the hype. The observation deck is extremely crowded, making it difficult to enjoy the views or take good photos. Long queues, even with timed tickets, took away much of the excitement. The experience feels highly commercialised, and considering the ticket price, it doesn’t offer great value for money. Once you’ve admired the view for 20–30 minutes, there’s very little else to do. If visibility is poor due to Dubai’s summer haze, the panoramic views can also be quite underwhelming. I can appreciate the achievement of constructing the world’s tallest building, but as a tourist attraction, I expected something more memorable. Unless you’re visiting on a perfectly clear day or are particularly interested in skyscrapers, there are other attractions in Dubai that provide a more enjoyable overall experience.
Very disappointed booked this experience and when we arrived we noticed that we were sent wrong ticket, i messaged to say that they had sent us wrong tickets never got new ones an we had to bye new ones at the event as we were travelling home the next day, communication from them was really non existent all I got back was contact customer servers I asked for a email got no response luckily I paid with credit card as my bank has taken up the cace

Have to wait at the entrance for 45min to resolve ticket been not issued upon arrival although it was fully paid. Disappointing .
Entrance is in the Dubai Mall. Incredible view, over 140 stories high. Would highly recommend even if traveling solo.
We booked for the Burj Khalifa well in advance of our visit and stay in Dubai. We arrived 20mins before our allotted time of 11:30am, only to have to stand in a queue for over two and a half hours, before we got into a lift to take us up to the observation deck. It was certainly not worth the wait, or the money paid, and when trying to come back down, you have to queue yet again. It was so busy on the Observation deck that you are lucky to get to the front to actually see anything. My honest opinion is steer well clear, it is not worth the money or the time spent standing in a queue.
There is a long wait in the morning but moves along fast. From 10 am onwards line is short. It is worth the wait
