Check where to take the boats as sometimes the GPS data is not accurate. Otherwise, it is a unique experience to see the fountains in action in front of the Burj Khalifa.
Fabulous show, spectacular and end enjoyed by the children, 7 and 10 as well as the adults. The ONLY negative was the requirement to queue to collect tickets from the ‘At the Top’ facility where the queue was crazy long. Get there early to collect tickets! Seems strange that despite booking online and having a QR code I still needed to queue up for ‘boarding passes’ But don’t let this put you off - it is a must see experience!
I had a terrible experience with this tour company and would not recommend them to anyone. The driver dropped us off far from the actual tour location, and the company never provided the tickets or clear instructions on where we were supposed to go. We ended up having to take a taxi back home because the situation was so poorly handled. To make things worse, the driver kept calling at 8 a.m. to pick us up for a tour that was scheduled for 5:45 p.m. The entire experience was disorganized, stressful, and completely unprofessional. Avoid this company.

Very good experience and good value for money for the half hour you were on the boat for.Being on the lake when the water fountain display was on was an amazing experience.Only negative but was the queue was a bit disorganised with people pushing in.

This is a very relaxed small boat trip around the lake . Very organised with a fast moving queue to get in a boat holding about 8 people . It’s a great experience and I would definitely recommend it .
Directions to lake ride not very clear and no signs until you actually get to ride. Outside Dubai mall on LG by food court follow promenade walk round to right past the Burj Khalifa. Ride well worth money with spectacular view
We booked in advance via Tripadvisor, received a confirmation immediately but the actual QR code ticket arrived in the 24hrs before the experience was due to take place. Directions to the embarkation point take you to the lake but not the actual jetty so do arrive early and give yourself time to identify the embarkation point. We entered the lake area from the Mall ‘Fountain’ exit, look to the right and it’s a few minutes walk along the lakefront. Queuing for the boats is well managed by the excellent staff, the boats are comfortable and safe. The fountain show and music is spectacular, it’s thrilling to be out on the water to experience it fully. After the show there is a short sail around the lake and with all the buildings lit up it is really beautiful.
