not allowed to cancel when fountains not working - pointless exercise to be on the boat

Had a fantastic night watching the Dubai fountain show on the boat lake ride. The skipper kindly offered to take our pictures In front of the Burj khalifa and made sure we got a good view of the fountain show. My parents were mesmerised.

We booked thorough get your guide. The trip was really good. The boat captain was professional and friendly. He stopped to take our pictures. The whole process was smooth and would recommend to anyone. As you exit the mall for the boat ride, turn right and just follow the lake around till you see the boats and a little booth.

Great experience although very short. Still worth going and seeing the water and light show. Go in the evening to experience it as it should be. I went with my son and mother whom rally enjoyed themselves.

Check where to take the boats as sometimes the GPS data is not accurate. Otherwise, it is a unique experience to see the fountains in action in front of the Burj Khalifa.

Fabulous show, spectacular and end enjoyed by the children, 7 and 10 as well as the adults. The ONLY negative was the requirement to queue to collect tickets from the ‘At the Top’ facility where the queue was crazy long. Get there early to collect tickets! Seems strange that despite booking online and having a QR code I still needed to queue up for ‘boarding passes’ But don’t let this put you off - it is a must see experience!

I had a terrible experience with this tour company and would not recommend them to anyone. The driver dropped us off far from the actual tour location, and the company never provided the tickets or clear instructions on where we were supposed to go. We ended up having to take a taxi back home because the situation was so poorly handled. To make things worse, the driver kept calling at 8 a.m. to pick us up for a tour that was scheduled for 5:45 p.m. The entire experience was disorganized, stressful, and completely unprofessional. Avoid this company.

Very good experience and good value for money for the half hour you were on the boat for.Being on the lake when the water fountain display was on was an amazing experience.Only negative but was the queue was a bit disorganised with people pushing in.

Amazing. So much fun. Water and light show to music was beautiful. Staff was great as well. Very accommodating
