Time wasting
The aquarium itself is nice however using this provider for the tickets was an awful experience. I purchased 6 tickets and 2 were invalid!! This wasted 30mins to try rearrange 2 more tickets, don’t use this 3rd party for tickets.

A great escape from the heat
Definitely worth a visit, the marine life is lovely. I do wonder if the penguins should be elsewhere though.

This is a scam be careful
They could not deliver the tickets we requested. Tried to down grade us to cheap tickets. We went directly online with Dubai aquarium and got the VIP tickets. Note the Dubai aquarium web site mentions that they don’t allow third party sellers. So these tickets you selling on TripAdvisor are actually not allowed. Just go directly to the Aquarium main web site it’s simple and clear. Now the problem of getting a refund!

Did I miss something here?
Customer service gets 5 stars. I bought my ticket for the wrong day, and even though it says no changes or refunds, I was granted a ticket for the correct day immediately. However, I'm not sure why I paid for. Everything you see from the "inside" is able to be seen from outside. The second floor had a "zoo" but I only found a back hallway giving you a view from behind the tank. There were no workers available on the second floor to aka if I was perhaps missing something? Very disappointing. The guide in the first floor tunnel was exceptionally knowledgeable about the sea life. Other than that.... Not worth the $$. People - 5 ⭐ Aquarium - 2 ⭐

Acquarium is nice, the tunnel is iconic but I would have expected it to be bigger than reality, anyway worth the visit.
