We could not find our meeting point to get our voucher for our tickets. It didn’t help that it was raining….we ended up buying some more tickets at the ticket counter ( basically no wait). We enjoyed seeing the palace but I will not buy tickets again where I have to meet at another spot to get voucher. Live and learn!

For Fast Track and voucher-based tickets, meeting at the designated point is a standard operational requirement, which allows us to validate tickets and provide support before entry.
