We had lot of confusion on this, when we booked we assumed that it was a guided tour . But when we bought the tickets only we realized it was only 10 min introduction getting the tickets and enter the monastery. When we came out from monastery we had to wait in a long line to enter the Church . We would have appreciated if that was told to us before . Anik was explained about the history of the monastery very well . If any one wants a better experience I would say to buy the tickets with guide inside the monastery and enter the chapel without waiting in the lines .

Not so good
It was very confusing communication. I didn’t get the text until I arrived. We just met at the entrance for 10 minutes, it didn’t skip the line. We felt extremely disappointed.

Expensive
Well, it is very expensive for what it offers. And on top of that, the seating area is no longer allowed.

San Jeronimo monastery
Communication was great and all expectations were met, smooth and convenient access. The monastery is absolutely gorgeous worth visiting!

Above and beyond
Anik went above and beyond i getting us into the Monastery on a very busy Sunday when we were running behind and missed our entrance time. I greatly appreciate how accommodating and helpful he was. He saved the day for us. THANK YOU!

Beautiful!
A truly stunning site. The stone work is incredible and being able to photograph the detail of the Monastery was wonderful

Jeronimos Monastery Pre-Tour
The host was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. He met us on time before the tour, gave us an excellent description of the Jeronimos Monastery and Church. Although a guided tour was not a part of our tour, I would strongly recommend the host.

Great Host
It was great having Anik as a host, we were able to skip to the front of a very long line and we received a great history of the Jeronimos Monastery before entering!

Avoid standing in the line :)
I was looking for a ticket for today, but there weren't any left anywhere. Then I found this option and used it—it was more expensive, but it was for the same day and helped avoid the lines. I’m happy with it; everything was fine.
