The highlight of your trip to PV — what a lovely thing to hear, thank you! Alex will be especially glad to know he made the day easier, and hauling a tired snorkeler around on a life preserver is exactly the sort of thing our guides love doing. Thank you for your feedback, though we would like to add the full picture for other travelers. The call to cancel came on the morning of departure, well past the 24-hour notice required both by our policy and by the platform you booked through — at that point the tickets would normally be lost entirely. Instead we offered to move you to another date for a minimum reschedule fee, so the booking would not go to waste. Where we did fall short is the date we offered: a misunderstanding on our reservations side meant it was not actually available, and we sincerely apologize for that. That is why your reschedule fee was refunded immediately. The tour itself remains covered by the cancellation policy. We are sorry the day did not work out. Gil Drory, Owner
