I had the most magical experience at Royalton Negril this past weekend. We were celebrating a friend's 50th birthday and everything was exceptional. The food , entertainment, decor outstanding. The staff were very professional and management were very attentive . My butler Danar is simply the best in class !!! I can't wait to return ! The best vacation and celebration !

Driver was on time for pick up (Montego Bay) and drop off (Negril). Knowledgeable of the area and very nice.

Aqua fitness was great, Lindo was brilliant, very clear instructions and a very friendly coach. Highly recommend taking part if you’re around the around the pool

This is the worst experience ever! Hotel staff were so rude and not friendly at all. Room service was very bad and for any simple request I had to ask sever times. Buffet did not have any different types of foods. Do not waste your money and ruin your vacation !!!!

Our service was amazing from the time we left the airport. Richard from inclusive island tour, did a great of giving us a tour of the different beautiful parishes of Jamaica while heading to our resort, The Royalton. Richard also did a great job of being on time picking us up to make sure we got through traffic to be on time for our flight. Thank you Richard for great service. I Would definitely recommend using inclusive island tour.

Best transport service! I went to Jamaica on a solo trip for my birthday and the driver was prompt, offered me a cold drink on my way to the hotel, had great conversation, and was on time to bring me back to the airport. Throughout my experience riding with him, my comfort was his top priority! He also gave many recommendations on what to do in the area and taught me plenty about the island itself! Look no further for your transportation needs!!

We were here to get married and celebrate with family and friends. The hotel is gorgeous and so clean, especially with all the precautions with Covid-19. We had the wedding suite which came with butler service. Anthony and Melissa were our butlers and they were the happiest, nicest, most accommodating people. They made our stay comfortable and glorious. Our wedding coordinator, Taneek, was professional, knowledgeable and accommodating too. Her expertise and communication before we arrived to the resort was what made me feel at ease. Thank you Taneek for making our special day truly magnanimous. The employees at this resort were all smiles and looked forward to making our stay memorable. My husband and I thank each of you for assisting us and our family with making such warm memories.
