The local organizer postponed the trip by one day .The bus was 25 min late . Otherwise it was a very nice trip. The tour guide was very good .

The communication was excellent, the pick up and drop off very good. So what was exceptional… we had a fantastic driver called Terry, I never felt at all anxious on the sketchy narrow roads he epitomises calmness and professionalism an outstanding driver. Colin was our English speaking guide as we travelled around our tour, he was equally as good, at times witty, but his delivery of knowledgable information and facts was perfectly pitched. The national park was amazing and the scenery beyond belief at times. Overall an exceptional experience it wasn’t perfect but what is! we stopped at points along the way and timings were generally excellent without feeling rushed. Highly recommended and I would definitely consider repeating this experience again if returning to Tenerife. Thank you Alexis, Terry, Colin and Team.

Such a wonderful trip and packed a lot into our half day. Teide National Park is astonishing and routes were selected to maximise what we saw. But, best of all were our driver and guide. She was so careful and I felt very safe as she manoeuvred round the switch backs. And he was very knowledgeable and entertaining, effortlessly switching from English to French. I only wish I knew their names to mention them personally but they were a credit to the company.

We really enjoyed the trip! Thanks to our very kind tour guide Hector, who shared a lot of knowledge about the island. We took some quick brakes to capture the stunning views and use the restroom. The time at the top of the mountain was good enough, but don’t expect to be able to walk and walk for hours! We really enjoyed the trip and are glad we booked with this company:)

A great experience! A excellent guide and driver ! She gave us a full detailed description of the areas , talked about the history , vegetation, climate, tourism and the different cultures . It was our driver first day and what a job he did navigating around those hilly roads ! A job well done !

A good short tour around Teide national park. Not much walking around required to be able to see main attractions.

I received a phone call, a WhatsApp and an SMS in advance with the time and the pickup point. The guide told a lot of interesting facts. I learned a lot about the Teide and about Tenerife in general.

It is possible to go with your car and not accompanied by a guide , let alone by bus . The guide brings nothing more and the bus trip is very long. But the place is absolutely to visit. It's beautiful!

We chose the half day tour of Teide. They put us on a bus with about 50 other passengers, who had also paid by cable car, we did not. They arrived 30 min late, for reasons beyond their control it seems, we were only informed when I asked (after 20 min wait) then explained the story in 3 languages (Spanish at the end) which meant a non-stop speaking for the Guide and those who tried to enjoy the views. We made 3 stops in places to take pictures, and especially where to sell something... the cable car did not work because of the wind, the very expensive cafeteria and even charged to enter the toilet. An hour and a half parked in a crowded place, where in half an hour would have been finished... a dwarf exhibition in which all the visitors from different agencies crowd, which is impossible to see, without getting into a small... disappointing space wherever you look. The Guide does its job well, but what is billed as an experience enjoying the nature of the island, is endless hopping on and off a bus, trying to get you to buy and at most take a few photos... yes, if you manage to get space to take it. I will not hire again!!
