Ordered a driver for a very early arrival to the city center. So nice to have the driver waiting holding a sign with your name and on our way in minutes. Great driver, clean and comfortable car. Would highly recommend.
The airport is a MESS! It's under construction, and cars are parked randomly wherever. My driver didn't speak any English. She didn't drop me off really anywhere near the terminal, and I had to walk maybe 10 minutes in the rain through muddy puddles to get there. They had a VIP entrance that took you up to the building, and I wasn't sure if that was for an extra fee, for business/1st class passengers, or just for famous or rich people. It would have been nice to know if that had been an option, since I was flying business class. Still, the transfer was very inexpensive, and I would have paid extra to not have to walk a quarter mile in the rain.
Right from the time I booked this service I was very satisfied with the excellent communication. My pickup at Bishkek airport was seamless and the car was very comfortable
I wasnt sure what to expect but as I walked out of the airport, there my man was, with my name on a card. While he couldn't speak English, we used Google Translate to communicate. He got me to my hotel with no problems and I was very pleased with the service.
My flight was changed to an ungodly 3:20am. I couldn't get Yandex to work because I don't have a local SIM. I was worried about getting a cab at that hour to go to the airport. Despite booking this the same day, the company was so accommodating and helped me get to the airport. The driver was exactly on time, very nice and had a high quality car. I would absolutely recommend this service and company to anyone looking to come or go from the airport.
Excellent taxi service from the airport to Orion Hotel Bishkek. The driver was punctual, polite, and drove very safely through the city. The car was clean and comfortable, and the whole journey was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bishkek!
