Pick up was prompt at the scheduled time. Driver was waiting for us and came to find us inside our hotel. Driver communicated with us in English as well. He made sure we were comfortable and asked if we wanted to make a stop to use bathroom or eat multiple times during the trip from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. We ended up having two meals with him, breakfast and lunch. We offered to cover his meals otherwise he would have just stayed in the car while we ate. We had time to see the old bridge really quickly as well. One thing that I do suggest is the company to communicate the driver name, car model and car plate ahead of time. The company only reached out to me via WhatsApp the day before the scheduled trip to confirm time and pickup/dropoff location. The morning of pick-up, I was expecting a white van like the picture on the booking. However, we ended up with an older Lexus SUV for the trip. We didn’t mind the car but it would be better and safer to know who the contact is, car model and car plate number prior to pick-up. Overall, it was pretty good experience and we got to where we needed to be within 6 hours including the meals and bathroom breaks.
The driver was fantastic, from pick up to drop off, very knowledgeable and stopped a few times along the way. I would highly recommend 🙏
We had a great experience with our driver, Dara. He was very prompt, polite and spoke very good English. The vehicle that we were driven in had massage, coolant and recline seats. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend Viator for all our travels in Cambodia.

The driver arrived early. Very comfortable car. The driver was so accommodating and suggest things to see on the way and he would stop anytime we ask him to.
It was a great drive from Phnom Penh to Siam Reap. Our driver, Dara made everything to be just great. He also waited for us everywhere to the restaurant and also for picking up souvenirs.
Our ride was perfect. The driver arrived early for pock up. He was wonderful. Our stops were well chosen. I highly recommend this company!
We would like to thanks Mr. Dara who took the time during the journey to explain the history of certain places and who allowed us to stop at interesting spots.
"Work" is the sweetest guy. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time with him. He lives outside Siem Reap and knows everything about all the worthwhile spots along the way. I would absolutely choose him again.
We had the smoothest, most seamless transition between Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. We were punctually picked up at our hotel by a lovely driver who was very willing to stop as often along the way as we needed. Fully recommend.
