My partner and I had an amazing time doing the luxury safari tour and overnight camp. Karan made sure everything was perfectly organised, perfectly on time, and made sure we had an amazing experience in Jaisalmer before and after as well. The camel ride and a dinner on the dunes under the stars was an experience we will never forget and his staff made sure it all went flawlessly
We had such a magical experience with Karan and all of his team. He made everything effortless and memorable, from transport to and from Jaisalmer and accommodation in the city. The desert safari was fantastic, the camels were so much fun and then the evening was like something out of a movie. His staff are professional and kind, we loved our time with Ramesh exploring Kuldhara on the way home.
The actual product and what is shown on site/you pay for is different. We were promised a Swiss tent but were put in a room. We were promised a tour of 3 dunes but were given just 2. Our jeep driver left us in the middle of the dunes and went to pick another party without telling us.
Very good , amazing experience, Great support from team .
