It was very interesting tour and David was a really good guide. His English was excellent and he was very informative. I would recommend it to anyone travelling to Durban.

We had a problem meeting our guide due to ship docking in different terminal so we arranged to do the trip the following day and received a lovely gift in compensation which was not really Viator's fault. Anyway our guide was superb and showed us around the city and stopped to give us good photo opportunities. She took us to the botanical gardens and recommend a fabulous guide to show us around the site and explain to us all about the trees and plants. We even had a longer trip than expected so she could cover all the highlights so all in all we had a great day. I would say that communications are always difficult when travelling abroad as we didn't have the correct e-sim for our phone as this would have clarified the meeting point so next trip abroad I will buy one.

Ended up being a private tour with Moses who was great. Be sure to bring money for stop at the market. Botanical gardens are free.

<p>Our ship was an hour late but the guide still there. The best part we beat the cruise ship tours to the city sites before them. We had all our questions quicker and the Toyota van let us get around lot easier. We say and did a lot more. We needed to stop at a pharmacy on Sunday so the guide called a neighbor and went off the normal route.</p>
