Excellent waiter- Chucho and Robert. Bar -Ale. Excellent service , price, good food. We will be back

This is the third time we booked here and the first time for our friends. We stayed here during our cruise port stop & had a relaxing day at the beach. Service provided by Chucho & Roberto was excellent and the food was delicious. This is our go-to spot when in Costa Maya.

We had a fabulous time!!! It was quiet, and that was partly bc it was a tad rainy and a short port day… but we had a fab time! The food was great, my discerning husband even really liked it.. and the kids food was perfect for our kids. The kids paddle boarded… we ate good food and watched… it was super chill. Cab ride was $5/person each way, NBD… def recommend it!! We will be back if in these parts!

This was our 3rd time at Jaimes blue reef and it never disappoints. The staff are amazing especially our waiters Chucho and Robert and Ale at bar. The food is plentiful and really tasty. Drinks are yummy. Can't wait to go back 😀

Just a totally wonderful day. Jesus and the crew were awesome. Fantastic food, drinks and service. Nice beach area as well.

Good spot. Staff is friendly, wanting to serve you. Took a few minutes for us to get comfortable there. They kept brining out drinks without an issue. Water was great and great chairs with shade.

Bait and switch! We booked this through TripAdvisor and it clearly says that a massage is included. We arrived in Costa Maya and they argued with us that a massage is NOT included. They finally agreed to do one for 30 minutes (there are two of us). But we’ve been here an hour going back-and-forth showing them screenshots because the receipt is not very specific. Just be aware before you buy. So far, the food is decent and the people are very nice (Chucho is great)– I think this is a communication issue from Viator. I will be contacting trip advisor to get a refund.

Great experience. The place has a bit of wear and tear but is maintained well. I was surprised that vendors were on the beach and approached us regularly. They at least took "no thank you" well and walked away without high pressure sales tactics. The food and drinks were excellent along with the service. We had a short shore time so couldn't take advantage of the sports equipment (balance board, kayak, etc.) but did enjoy the beach side massage (might want to wear a two piece swim suit as pulling my one piece down was a bit awkward. Also - I thought transportation was included. Luckily, I had messaged the host and was told that I would need to take a short taxi ride to the resort. ($5 including tip per person each way so not a big deal.) I would do this excursion again if given the opportunity.

We were told about Jamie’s by our friend and travel agent. We were not disappointed. It was a quick and cheap taxi ride from the port. Easy to find. Staff was incredibly friendly. All you can eat and drink. Amazing food and beverage choices and service. Staff was perfectly attentive. Location was beautiful. So happy we were able to spend the afternoon there. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful day.

First off, I had the best fish tacos OF MY LIFE here! Jamie's was easy to find-cost $4 pp each way. Took a taxi outside the prison (cruiseport) gates LOL! My daughter and I enjoyed a peaceful beach day without any sand fleas. We were well cared for by Digby, Chuco and Robert. Never had to wait for either drink or food. Bought some nice cheap sunglasses and got my hair braided at a reasonable cost. Everything was much less expensive here and very laid back. A shout out to Ale, our super bartender.
